Jacob Noah Arrowood, 29, of Boiling Springs, SC passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025. He was born in Spartanburg, SC on July 11, 1995 to Donna Carlson Arrowood and the late Steven Ralph Arrowood.
Jacob was a kind and loyal friend, someone whose presence brought warmth and light to everyone who knew him. He loved his family dearly and was always proud to be known as a true momma’s boy. As a loving brother, he shared a deep bond with his siblings and always made sure they felt supported and cared for.
With his quick wit and big-hearted nature, Jacob never met a stranger. He was a big hugger, the kind of person who made you feel welcome the moment you met him. He was always ready to help in any way he could, putting others before himself with a quiet strength and steady compassion.
A man of many interests, Jacob loved animals, played baseball, and found peace in music and the written word. He was a thoughtful writer and reader, often journaling his thoughts and spending time in the Bible, drawing inspiration and comfort from his faith.
He is survived by his mother, Donna C. Arrowood; sister, Kara D. Rogers (Mark); brother, Steven Arrowood II; niece, Kinsley Rogers; and nephew, Ethan Rogers.
Memorial services will be 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home & Crematory, 690 Southport Road, Roebuck, SC 29376, conducted by Rev. Dr. Todd Lowe. Visitation will immediately follow.
He will be laid to rest at a later date beside his father and grandparents.
Jacob will be remembered for the joy he brought, the kindness he showed, and the love he gave so freely. His absence leaves a space no one else can fill, and he will be truly missed.
