Funeral: 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel.
Visitation: 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2023 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023.
Jacob Dwight Kirsch, age 29, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at his home after a long health battle.
Jacob was born February 10, 1994 in Columbus, Ohio. Son of, mother, Brenda (Joe) Quartarone of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and father, John (Amy) Kirsch of Gaston, South Carolina. He is preceded in death by one uncle, Dwight Blair.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Madison (Stephanie) Kirsch of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; one brother, Gabriel Kirsch of Gaston, South Carolina; grandparents, Effie Cavins, Hilda Kirsch, John Kirsch and Chet and Linda Adkins; maternal aunts, Lisa (Narien) Blair, Shelia (Dickie) Crum, Shawn Meade; paternal aunts, Christa Kirsch and Vickie (Ron) Moellmann, paternal uncle Adam (Suzie) Kirsch and a host of cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Friday, October 27, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2023 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2023.
