Jacob Michael Logan

OBITUARY Jacob Michael Logan (Jay, Jake) was born April 16, 2001 at 7:24pm to Ralph and Maria Logan at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, IL. He departed this Earth on May 27, 2024. Jacob graduated from Homewood Flossmoor High School in Flossmoor, IL. During that time, Jacob developed a love for music. After high school, he worked in construction and began making and selling music tracks. Jacob was an avid video game player with a sense of humor and genuine smile.. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was always willing to accept a good meal with an overflowing plate or a bag of Takis. Jacob is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Humphrey and Pollyanna Logan and older brother Jason. He is survived by his parents Ralph and Maria, sister Nicole, brothers John, Victor and Jose, maternal grandmother Maria, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in 10 different states.
