Jacob Richard Stoval

Jacob Richard Stoval, a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away

unexpectedly on October 19, 2025, in Titusville, Florida, at the age of 42. Born on

December 31, 1982, in Kankakee, Illinois, he was preceded in death by his father, Dr.

Richard G. Stoval, and is survived by his loving mother, Joanne Schultz Stoval of St.

Augustine, Florida. His memory will be treasured by his siblings: David Stoval of Richmond,

Virginia; Jennifer Sullivan of St. Augustine, Florida; Lauren Taylor and her husband, Daniel,

of Winter Park, Florida; and Sydney Martin Del Campo and her husband, Andrew, of

Houston, Texas. Jacob's nieces, Meghan, Sofia, and Mila, and his extended family of aunts,

uncles, and cousins will fondly remember Jacob's gentle ways and generous heart.

Professionally, Jacob was a respected Regional Engineering Manager at Pratt & Whitney,

where he was known for his innovative thinking and leadership. His colleagues admired

him for his dedication and the mentorship he provided to many in the industry. Jacob's

professional achievements were only surpassed by his ability to foster genuine

connections with those he worked.

Jacob had a deep love for music and while attending St Joseph High School in Victoria,

Texas, he was an active and passionate member of the marching band, proudly serving as

the lead snare on the drum line. Jacob's deep love of music extended beyond school. He

was a dedicated drummer for Glacid, a band formed with his close friends, and he

cherished every moment spent creating and performing with them. Outside of music,

Jacob enjoyed snowboarding, skydiving, mountain biking and an occasional game of golf or

paddle tennis.
