There are no words to express the sorrow that we feel for the family and friends of Jake. He will be missed by all who knew him. He touched and made a difference in all of our lives and for that we are thankful. You are forever in our prayers. God bless

Never has anyone come into my life for such a short time and left me with the impact you did. In a matter of days and few conversations I became an instant fan of you. Your heroism and dedication to life, family and country were second to none. Our conversations left me wanting to know more of you. I couldn't believe your class and amazing being. Not mention just what kind of a man you had grown into. Oh my God thought, I am related to this guy. This man could be politician, a pastor, or a general. He could be what ever he wanted to be. His being simply put 'moves people.' What kind of a saint is this? Is he real ? I said to my self. I want to be this man. Wow Woo Hoo what a man!
All of that was before I found out of your illness. When you were ill it was more of the same. The way you handled it and battled it made you more of a legend to me. Your fighting to the end only made us love you more. The world is NOT a better place with you gone. But better are all of us who had the chance to know you. Thank you for being that man to me I am for ever in your debt. Wow I am related to this guy!
