Jacqueline Kay D'Agostino age 78, a longtime Warren resident, died peacefully at home on Friday, August 5,2022. Jackie was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Elmer and Bessie Sorgenfrei. She is survived by her loving husband Ronald of almost 58 years of marriage. Dear mother of Wendy (Timothy) Meloche, Shawn (Stephanie) D'Agostino, Matthew D'Agostino, and Dawn (Kevin) Hoppe. Grandmother of 13; Jeffery (Amanda), Timothy Jr. (late Hayley), Gabrielle (Em), Dominic, Michael, Antonio, Isabella, Gino, Amber, Madison, Joshua (Ashley), Adam (Amanda) and Jacob. Great grandmother of 8. She is the sister of Elmer and Donald Sorgenfrei and predeceased by a sister Beverly Livingston. Jackie had worked as a cook. She always enjoyed staying busy, gardening, doing ceramics and handicrafts like crocheting and needlepoint projects. With the right music, dancing was also a favorite past time. A proud mother and grandmother, she enjoyed being with her family and cooking for them. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022, from 1-8 PM at Rudy Funeral Home 25650 Van Dyke in Center Line, MI. Funeral home service on Tuesday, August 9,2022 at 10 AM. Procession and Burial at Sacred Heart of St Mary Cemetery in Detroit. Visit www.rudyfuneral.com to light a candle or to share a memory.
