In Loving Memory of Jacqueline Dorinda Johnson
April 18, 1944 – August 25, 2025
Jacqueline Dorinda Johnson, a beloved resident of Pierson, Florida, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and service. Born on April 18, 1944, she was the cherished daughter of Mattie Adams and Willie Moore, both of whom preceded her in death.
On December 10, 1964, Jacqueline married the love of her life, Billy Johnson Sr., with whom she shared a devoted and loving partnership until his passing. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Johnson.
Jacqueline worked in agriculture and served as a residential aide, dedicating her life to caring for others. Her heart for service extended into her faith community, where she served as a church mother at Pentecostal Full Gospel Crusade (PFGC), now known as Immerse Church. In 2014, she became a member of No Limit Praise Tabernacle, where she continued to serve faithfully. She is survived by her children: Jerome Moore of Ocala, FL, Billy Johnson Jr. (Sheila) of DeLand, FL, Eric Johnson of Pierson, FL, Jackie Johnson of Palatka, FL, and Beverly Johnson of DeLand, FL.
Jacqueline was a proud grandmother to 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, and a loving sister to Ollie Dollie Lockette. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Jacqueline was a caregiver at heart. She often spoke of the goodness of the Lord and found joy in cooking, fishing, and taking peaceful rides. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
