Jacqueline "Jackie" (Morris) Liberati, 60, well-known resident of Canton, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly in her sleep on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at home. Jacqueline Lea was born November 24, 1963, in Lancaster, PA, the only daughter of the late Betty Lou (Campbell) Morris. She attended Canton Area Schools and was a graduate of the class of 1981. Jackie then went on to Penn Tech in Williamsport where she earned her Occupational Therapy degree. Subsequently she was employed at Hope Enterprises in Williamsport for several years. Most recently Jackie was employed by the Canton VFW Post 714 for many years as a bartender, where she will be remembered for her friendliness, unique smile and laughter. She was a social member of the Canton VFW Post 714, a former member of the Women of the Moose Canton Lodge 981 and in earlier years, a member of the Canton Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) and its choir.
Jackie loved going for rides in the country, especially on Armenia Mountain. She was talented at crafting and enjoyed painting. Jackie was a very sociable individual and an extremely hard worker. Time spent with her family and dear friends was always most enjoyable.
Jackie leaves behind her son, Michael (Natalie) Liberati of Troy, grandchildren, Emily, Dylan, Wesley, Bryce and Madelyn, a special aunt and cousins, Mary Campbell, Dawn (Mondo) Gamache, Heather Campbell and Andrew Campbell, special friends, Tony Liberati, Cindy West and Teresa Pepper as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides her mother, Jackie was predeceased by her beloved son, Dylan Ross Liberati, an uncle, Jim "Bucko" Campbell and special friend, Helen Parker.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Jackie's life will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday June 15, 2024, at the Troy Vet's Club, 183 Veteran's Drive, Troy, PA 16947. A private burial will be held in the Park Cemetery in Canton at the convenience of the family.

Canton, PA 17724. (This award is given to a freshman football player who is well-liked and willing to outwork all other teammates, good student, good sense of humor (like Dylan), total TEAM player and accepts responsibility/challenges.)
