Jacqueline "Jackie" Meyer, 67, of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Friday, April 4th, 2025 at her home. Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Rita and John Salm Jr. She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 31 years, Jeffrey "Jeff" Meyer in 2019.
Jackie was retired from dedicated careers in special education and adult human services. She was an avid reader, music lover, antique collector, and loved traveling especially to Florida beaches. Jackie is survived by her loving daughters Melissa Meyer and Jenny Klan, son in law Zachary Klan, brother John Salm III, nephew John "Jack" Salm IV and niece Ava Salm.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018. Another visitation will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a memorial service at 11. Inurnment will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jackie's name to Peaceable Kingdom, 1049 Macarthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052.
