With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved matriarch, Jacqueline L. Regensburg, who left us peacefully at the age of 91 on August 3, 2024. Jackie was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 66 years, Kenneth J. Regensburg. Together they raised and adored their 5 children, Kathryn Cast (George)-both deceased of Myrtle Beach SC, Kenneth Regensburg (Luann) of Oakdale NY, Patricia Tobin (Robert) of Chesapeake VA, Michael Regensburg-deceased- (JoAnne) of Ridge NY, & Barbara Jean Makinen (Shawn) of Oakdale NY. She leaves behind her legacy as a proud Grandmother of her beloved grandchildren Kevin, Erin, Timothy, Meghan, Dennis, Christine, Caitlyn, Bryan, Liam (deceased), Colin and and an even prouder “Grammy” to her cherished 21 great-grandchildren!

We find solace in the many cherished moments we shared with our mom from camping and vacationing in the Catskills and East Durham, Irish step dancing at Irish Feis’, and countless other family memories that will forever be a beacon of light and love in our hearts. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love and gratitude.

May the road rise up to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, And the rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
