Jacqueline H. Reilly (née Creachan), age 85, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.

Born in Philadelphia to Aloysius T. and Helen T. (née Czyzyk) Creachan, Jacqueline was raised in Philadelphia before relocating to New Jersey, where she met and married her husband, Paul R. Reilly. A devoted homemaker, she dedicated her life to caring for her family and raising three children.

Jacqueline enjoyed traveling and baking and had a fondness for shopping. She was devoted to her cat, Mickey, held a deep love for the Blessed Mother, and was a longtime, faithful member of the Church of the Incarnation.

She is survived by her husband, Paul R. Reilly; her children, Paul Reilly Jr. (Lisa), David M. Reilly (Elizabeth), and Kathleen Tingle (Joseph); her grandchildren, Zachary Reilly, Joseph Tingle Jr., Hunter Reilly, James Tingle, and Marissa Eszenyi; and fifteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Mark Creachan, Scott Creachan, Barbara French, Patty Solina, and Pam Varenas. She was predeceased by her parents.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m., with burial of cremains at Wenonah Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of the Incarnation Food Pantry.
