Jacqueline Diane Roy, 41, of Hudson, NH, passed away Tuesday morning, March 28, 2023 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.
Born in Nashua on October 9, 1981, she is a daughter of Denise A. Viens of Hudson and Michael W. Roy of Shirley, MA. Educated in local schools, Jacqueline began her business and marketing career during high school with the Nashoba Chamber of Commerce at Devens, MA. She began her university studies at Fitchburg State College in a dual enrollment program her junior year at Ayer High School. She finished her studies at the University of Lowell, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in business and marketing. While at ULowell she worked in the office of Congressman Marty Meehan.

After a brief sabbatical from the corporate world she worked in the public sector for the Timberland Regional High School as a para-professional and then as a home health aid for the elderly with Heaven Sent. Jacqueline was an excellent communicator, organizer and had a profound influence on her sisters and friends.
She grew up in Hudson and was a communicant and Altar server at St. John The Evangelist Church. Jacqueline loved to travel, visiting California, New York, Colorado, Aruba and Costa Rica. She also enjoyed dance, martial arts, cross country and sang in the school choir. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends at her grandparents' lake front properties in NH; Sargent and Shellcamp Lakes.

Even though our 6 year relationship ended over 15 years ago I´ve always considered you the one that got away. I have so many great memories of you & our time together. I always loved knowing that every time we hung out with other people I was with the coolest, smartest & most beautiful person there. A young woman that overcame a rough childhood to end up doing duel enrollment at Fitchburg St. your Jr. year in high school at 15 years old. We met the first week of my sophomore year at UMass Lowell at some random frat party, it was your first year at UMass but you were already a sophomore, we instantly became friends. I still remember the red vertical striped shirt that you wore that night. Although I didn´t say anything immediately for me it was love at first site. By halloween we became an inseparable couple. I never imagined a girl like you would fall for me. Over the next 6 years you were my ride or die. I will always love you & cherish the time we spent together. You are the most loyal person I´ve ever known. Your passing hit me hard. Knowing that you suffered & died in hospice crushed me. If anyone deserved a better life & ending to their story it was you. I wish I could have said goodbye. Life´s not fair. I love you Jack. Little ditty about Jacqueline Diane.
