Jacquelyn Ann Halpin (née Flynn) of Jamison, PA passed away at Doylestown Hospital on Thursday, November 27, 2025. She was 71.
Jacque was the beloved wife of Joseph Halpin. They had just recently celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary on the 17th of November.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Joanna (DiPaolo) Flynn of Hatboro, PA.
Jacque moved to Hatboro, PA at the age of nine, and later attended Upper Moreland High School where she developed long and dear friendships that lasted her lifetime.
Jacque had two working careers; the first 15 years was in the Health Care industry which included several years at Germantown Hospital where many of her closest, lifelong friendships began. This was also the time when Jacque first met Joe.
Jacque's second career was in the pre-school education field where she worked as a Teacher's Aide at St. Paul's Preschool Center in Warrington, PA. This was a time of great joy in her life where she devoted all her energies to raising her own children as well as the countless young people she taught at her school. More recently, her grandchildren were the joy of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Friends have fondly joked that Jacque had a third career as a personal shopper, always ready to lend her impeccable taste and joyful spirit.
Jacque spent most of her adult life fighting the many complex health issues that resulted from her treatments for cancer as a young adult. She stands as a true testament to all those who wake up every day fighting countless challenges and then work to overcome them one-by-one.
The Halpin Family extends their warmest gratitude to all of the many members of the Doylestown Health Community who took such great care of Jacque over the years but especially in her final weeks and days.
In addition to her husband Joe, Jacque is survived by her loving and devoted son and daughter: Michael Halpin of Philadelphia, PA and Julie Halpin, and her husband Joseph Brennan, of Arnold, MD. She is also survived by her four adoring grandchildren: Barrett, Weston, Leni Christine, and Cooper Brennan; her brother Robert Flynn and his wife Ruth of Harrisburg, PA; her sister Benita Perotti and her husband Mark of North Wales, PA; numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
