On November 23, 1961 Jacquelyne Mayhue was born to Alice Scott Davis and William Mayhue. She was born in Palatka, Florida and raised in Buffalo, New York in her early years until she went to the US Army. There, she served 23 years as a Commander Practical Nurse and a Platoon Sergeant.
Jacquelyne was a sweet, loving and caring sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She loved getting her hair done, shopping, spending time with her family, which meant the world to her, and watching Lifetime.
She is preceded in death by her Father William Mayhue, Mother Alice Scott Davis, Grandfathers Herbie Mason and Preston Scott and Grandmothers Mamie Manson and Coretta Scott.
Jacquelyne is survived by her brothers Roscoe (Valerie) Davis - Deltona, FL and Perry (Lorraine) Davis - Orange City, FL. She cherished her loving nephews Roscoe Davis, III, Javonte Davis and nieces Raquia Davis and Jori Bush. Great Nephews Noble Davis, Dramon Grady, Jr. and Josiah Bush. Also her Godson Patrick James Branch.
She leaves behind her Loving Aunts Lillian Anderson and Lavinia Scott; Devoted cousins McKinley (Pete) Evans, Jr., Theodore (Brenda) Evans, and Betty (Carl, Sr.) Smith, Josephine Blocker, Nancy Hawkins, Lisa Norris, Sharon Johnson, Vivian Lewis, Felicia Lewis and Marie Anderson; Devoted friend/brother Wayne Banks and loving friends Deidre Cater-Farley, Robin Daniels and Leticia Bovastro-Branch, hairdresser Latari Richardson and a loving host of aunts, cousins, and friends.
