Jaime O. "Jimmy" Anasco

Jaime "Jimmy" O. Anasco, of Darien, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Sunday November 9, 2025, at Mercy Medical Center in Aurora. He was born on August 11, 1948, in Laguna, Philippines. Son of Florentino and Marietta Anasco. Beloved husband of the late Rosalinda. Loving father of Roderick (Mary) Anasco, Madelline (Arnold) Quijano, Jamie (Cecil) Anasco-Cavada and Jeremy (Christine) Anasco. Adoring grandfather of Shana, Samantha, Sarah and Nicholas. Devoted brother of Melissa (Elmo) Cantonjos, Noemi Anasco and the late Rolando (late Milagros) Anasco. Dear uncle to many.

Jaime graduated with a bachelor's degree in commerce major in accounting at the University of the East in the Philippines. In 1973, he moved in the United States where he passed and practice his profession as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was an active member of various organizations namely: PCPA, FAASD and Araullo High Alumni and Laguna Association.

Outside of his career, he liked playing and watching sports like basketball and golf. He enjoyed get togethers and reunions with friends and family. He will be forever remembered for his jokes and laughter.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22 nd and Sunday, November 23 rd from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301 75 th St., Downers Grove.

A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 24 th at Our Lady of Peace Church. Mass will start at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Clarendon Hills Cemetery.
