He is preceded in death, his maternal grandfather James W. Bulloch, paternal Grandparents Jake Jr. & Mamie L Bowers.
He was educated in Chatham County Elementary Schools then he attended Dekalb County Junior and High School. He started his career in Marketing Distribution/Landscaping Company (Top Notch Cleaners).
He leaves to mourn his dad Jake III (Lorraine) Bowers, his mom Jacquelyn Graves Bowers both of Savannah Georgia, brother Jerome Michael Bowers of York, Pennsylvania, Grandmother Ernestine Bulloch, fiancé Racheal Annette Thomas, his daughter Jakeira D. Bowers, his son Jake Bowers V all of Stone Mountain, Georgia. 6 aunts, Carolyn Bowers Bush, Betty (Norwood) Gibbs, Gwendolyn Bowers all of Savannah, Hortense Ciel (Willie) Green of Midland Georgia, Jeanette (Larry Sr.) Jackson of Ellenwood Georgia and Angela B. Jones of Mansfield, Texas, 2 uncles Joseph Jerome and James Michael Bulloch both of Savannah, Georgia a host of nieces, nephews, a great-niece, cousins, family, and a host of friends and extended family in Atlanta. He will truly be missed.

I met Jake when I was 21 years old. He used to be off Brockway Road in Atlanta Georgia. I remember I was coming from the Chinese restaurant he had a purple vehicle I can´t remember what type of vehicle it was but I was walking, read newspaper, and he rode past me him, and his friend rich he jumped out the car and started walking with me. I just loved his southern hospitality. He was a real cool friend and we remained friends when I was there and every time I go to Atlanta, I always asked about him on how he was doing or have anyone seen him every time he was a good person may not have a family there. He had my back 100%. I had to have a moment to myself when I sent this but rest in peace Jake Nikki will never forget you
