Jake lived his childhood and teenage years in St. George, Utah, before moving on to Colorado.
Jake has passionately worked as a cook for the past few years and with his musical creativity and expression, enjoyed DJing with his friends at various venues.
He is survived by his loving parents, Scott and Leanne, his child, Teagan/Michael and ex-spouse, Courtney, as well as his siblings, Taylor, Hannah, Sam, Amy and Allie.
The Celebration for Jake will be Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 9:30am. The celebration will be held at 124 N Valley View Dr in St George, Utah. This event will be in true Jake style casual. Please come in your favorite band t-shirt and be ready to share your memories.
