Jake's warm presence and embracing smile will be forever missed. Memories of football games, beach days, proms, and endless hours spent laughing and hanging out in Mitchell's basement will never be forgotten. Jake loved so purely and I pray that he has found peace. Sending love to his family and friends who will suffer this heavy loss. We love you Jake.
