Jakob Stallings Obituary
Jakob Justus Stallings, 37 of Elm City, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
He was born on September 23, 1987, in Arizona, and was an All-star linebacker for Sabino High School, where he helped them win a state championship, before he went on to play college football for Pema Community College in Tucson. Most of all, he loved being a dad and spending time with his family and being a dedicated son to his parents.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 12:00 to 12:45pm at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2615 Tilghman Rd N, Wilson, NC, 27896. Funeral services will be at 1:00pm with interment to follow at Maplewood Cemetery,
Mr. Stallings is survived by his wife and soulmate, Rebecca Stallings; sons: Eli Stallings, Ezra Salas, Wesley Stallings, and Isaac Salas; daughters: Emma Salas, Evy Salas, Cosette Salas, Lily Salas, and Leila Stallings; parents, Jay and Diane Stallings; and six siblings.
Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Ray and Bennie Quinn, and Jerald and Ruth Stallings.
