Jamar Rodney Moses was born in New Brunswick, N.J. to Crystal Chandler and Wesley Moses on October 28, 1988. At a young age, he moved to
Hartsville, South Carolina, where he attended and graduated from the Darlington County School District. Jamar furthered his education by earning an associate degree in welding, a skill he was proud to master. He worked at Sonoco, where his dedication and expertise were evident. While he took pride in his life in South Carolina, he always remembered his roots in New Jersey.
Jamar's journey into fatherhood began 16 years ago with the birth of his daughter, Janelle Moses. She introduced him to the joys and responsibilities of being a father, a role he embraced wholeheartedly. In 2020 Jamar began dating KeAnna McDaniel and together they embarked on a beautiful journey of love. They welcomed his first son Jamar Jr. in 2022 and were blessed with another bundle of joy, Jaiden in June 2024. Jamar was a devoted father and a dedicated provider for his family. He took great pride in the milestones they achieved and looked forward to the future with excitement. Jamar wanted the best for his loved ones and was committed to ensuring they had everything they needed and more. He cherished every moment with his spouse and kids, finding pure joy in their laughter and smiles.
Jamar had a natural ability to draw people in with his goofy sense of humor and kind heart. Despite his lighthearted nature, he was incredibly hardworking and brave, always trying to achieve whatever he set out to do. Whether dedicating himself to his work, enjoying time with loved ones, or relaxing with his cousins, Jamar embraced life with a smile and a joke ready to share.
Jamar departed this life on August 30, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to his family. Jamar joins in eternal rest with his Parents Crystal Chandler and Wesley Moses. His Maternal grandparents Brenda Chandler and Roland McKoy. His Paternal grandparents Benjamin and Victoria Moses.
Jamar's legacy will continue through his life partner KeAnna McDaniel. His Children: Janelle M. McMillan, Jamar Wesley Moses, and Jaiden Rodney Moses. His siblings: Latrina Jones, Jarrett Kelly, Kenneth Middleton, Wesley Middleton, Andre K. Allen, Jr.
(Miranda), Quadirah R. Allen, Anthony Kelly, Nikita Dorsey, and Samantha R. Moses. His Nephews: Tyquon Ellison, Robert Jackson, Tavion Jackson, TyriQue Jackson, Quamir Allen-Hathaway, Dre'Vaughn Allen-Greene, Kenneth Middleton Jr., and Kayani Middleton. His Nieces: Danae' Cherry, Latasha Lopez, Kailani McDonald, Lomesia Allen, Kaemya Middleton, and Kelis Middleton. Two great nephews and seven great nieces.
