James L. Adkins, age 69, of Logansport, passed away at his residence on October 24, 2024.
He was born December 15, 1954, in Logansport, IN to the late Henry Adkins and Yvone (Parker) Chandler. On December 31, 2010, he married Debbie L. Bearden who survives.
James was a Safety Officer for Next Day Container. He was an avid pool player and loved fishing. He loved telling jokes and playing pranks. He will be remembered for his ornery personality.
Survivors, including his wife of 14 years, Debbie, are one stepdaughter, Elizabeth Nolin of Logansport and one stepson, Thomas Nolin of Old Town, FL.
Along with his parents, James was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
Memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 11am to 1pm at Gundrum Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made in James’s honor to Guardian Angel Hospice.
