James Alan Alldridge, known affectionately as "Boss" by his family and friends, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024. Born in Enumclaw, Washington on May 24, 1953, James spent a significant portion of his life in the same county, devoting 25 years of his life to his hometown. A charismatic and adventurous spirit, he was a well-loved figure in the community, known for his infectious humor and warm heart.
James was a dedicated ironworker, a profession he pursued with passion and commitment until his retirement. His charisma shone even brighter in his personal life. He was an adventurous soul, with a particular love for Chevrolet Hotrods, Ham radios, and RC airplanes. He was always ready with a joke or a funny story, earning him a reputation as a true jokester. As Albert Einstein once said, "A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new." This quote perfectly encapsulates James, who was always eager to explore new hobbies, meet new people, and keep in touch with old friends.
He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Kemple, Allison Alldridge, and Anna Alldridge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Costanich, his absolute soulmate, and his parents, Wayne and Ruby Alldridge. He loved his grandsons, Austin and Chase, with his whole heart. James was a man who lived a full life, filled with love for his family, his dogs, and his cars. His dedicated spirit, funny nature, and charismatic charm will be dearly missed.
In memory of James, we encourage you to share your favorite stories and photos of him on his memorial page. It is in these shared memories that we continue to keep the spirit of James "Boss" Alldridge alive, reminding us of his adventurous spirit, his charismatic personality, his dedication to what he loved, and his funny, jokester nature. We thank you for your love and support during this time.
