James Howard Boddy III sadly passed away suddenly from a medical illness at Antelope Valley Medical Center in Lancaster, California with his wife Amporn at his side. James, better known as Jim, was born in Pennsylvania to his parents James H. Boddy Jr. and Teranell Estelle Harris.
He served in the United States Airforce from 1985 through 2006, retiring TSGT-6 with many awards and honors. In 1986 Jim met his to-be wife, and it was love at first sight. A short two weeks after meeting they were married. This marriage filled with love, laughter, and happiness lasted for 37 years and although they did not have any children, they filled their home with pets. They had two cats and two dogs. They lived in Rosamond, California for 15 years.
Jim is preceded in death by his father, James Boddy Jr. He leaves behind his loving wife, Amporn Boddy; his mom, Teranell Estelle Harris; his sister, Sharon and her family; and many cousins, other family, and lots of friends who will all cherish his memory.
Jim will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him. May he rest in peace always.
