Markwell Funeral Home is assisting the family of James "Jim" Bolin; service arrangements are as follows. Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Casey First Baptist Church with Pastor Eddie Hammond officiating. Burial will follow in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery, Casey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at Casey First Baptist Church, 101 E. Alabama Ave., Casey, IL. Memorial donations may be made to the Jim Bolin Foundation (for the beautification of Casey, IL), PO Box 70, Casey, IL 62420 or Moriah Church, 4890 N. 370th St., Casey, IL 62420. Our Bolin companies and the Casey community experienced a profound loss yesterday. Jim Bolin, Vice President of Bolin Enterprises and the visionary behind Big Things in A Small Town, passed away after sustaining injuries during a snowmobile trip.

Jim was widely known as a man of deep faith, unwavering devotion to his family, and genuine friendship to all who knew him. He lived those values every single day. As his family continues to grieve the recent passing of his father, we ask that you keep them in your prayers for strength, comfort, and peace during this incredibly difficult time.
