James Joseph Bradshaw, Sr., 73, "Brad," a 45-year resident of Edgewater, passed away on August 17, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. Brad was born on December 19, 1951, in Annapolis, MD, to the late Arnold and Priscilla Bradshaw. He worked in the sheet metal trade for Rogers & Bradshaw, Inc.. "RBI". Brad enjoyed boating and going to boat shows, loved hunting and crabbing, softball, and baseball. In addition to his parents, Brad was preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Bradshaw, and his grandson, Jimmy Bradshaw, III. He is survived by his wife, Linda S. Bradshaw; his sons, Chuck Hurley of Edgewater and Joe Bradshaw of Lothian; his four grandchildren, Heather Beard, Ayla Hurley (Chris Apple), Sean Bradshaw and Ariana Hurley and his great-granddaughter, Samantha Bradshaw. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Brad's life on Monday, August 25, from 3 to 6 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. Interment private.
