He was the co-founder of the Twin Tiers Jazz Society. Jim owned and operated Crusade and Cerio Interior Design for many years and also owned and operated Tank Four in Elmira Heights for 20 years. The Marquis Who's Who Publications Board certifies that James V. Cerio is a subject of biographical record in Who's Who in the East, Seventeenth Edition 1979-1980; inclusion in which is limited to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their own fields of endeavor and who have, thereby, contributed significantly to the betterment of the contemporary society. There wasn't a crossword puzzle he couldn't finish. Jimmy was a huge New York Yankees fan as well as a Buffalo Bills fan. Services for Jim will be held at a later date and time. Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the Cerio family.
