MEXICO, NY - James R. Clark, 34 of Mexico passed away on August 6, 2025. James was born on May, 13 1991 to Warren and Rebecca Clark in Oswego, NY. James was a graduate of Mexico Academy and Central Schools in 2009.
He was self-employed in construction for the last 6 years.
James is survived by his parents Warren Sr. and Rebecca Clark. He was the youngest child and had 5 siblings with spouses; Sara Clark and Kevin Casterlino, Anthony and Elizabeth (Clark) Gulisano, Warren Clark Jr and Candice Rowland, Bruce and Samantha Clark, Robert Clark and Christy Phillips. James has 2 surviving children, Dorothy and Marshall Clark along with 13 nieces and nephews.
He resided in Constantia, NY, with Liz Warner.
A Celebration of Life will take place on August 24, 2025 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. at the American Legion Post 915, 3301 Fulton Ave, Central Square, NY 13036. Donations in James' name can be made to his children's college fund. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Mexico, NY.
