James Clark

James "Jim" Clark, age: 82 passed away unexpectedly at his home in Lincoln on January 2, 2026. He was born on August 22, 1943 to Leroy & Edris (Martell) Clark in Lincoln.
James married Judith (Tucker) Clark on December 7, 1974. They had been married 51 years at the time of his death.
James was employed at White Pigment (OMYA) for 36 years until retirement.
James loved his sports. He was an avid NASCAR (Tony Stewart), BASEBALL (LA Dodgers) & FOOTBALL (San Francisco 49ers). His other interests were Horseshoes and Golfing with his brother-in-law Philip Phelps, and son Alan. He loved to watch his western shows & game shows. He loved playing games, day trips and mini golf with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed going to Senior Meals throughout Addison & Chittenden counties where he enjoyed seeing all the folks he's met over the years. He also loved visiting with his brother-in-law Greg Tucker. But his favorite moments was when his family was together making memories.
James is survived by his wife Judy (Tucker); son Alan (Shannon) Clark; his daughter Angela (Adam) Pudvah; 6 amazing grandchildren; Robert, Tristan, Gabriella, Brayden, Jayden and Brooklynn. Plus one great grandson Hudson. Siblings; Wayne Clark, Fletcher Clark, Phil Clark, Morris (Janet) Clark, Hilda Michaud & Larry Clark (Gwen Sweet). Plus a very special sister-in-law Roberta Leggett. In-laws; Gregory (Sue) Tucker, Diana (Stephen) Hobart, Peggy (Philip) Phelps, Daniel Tucker, Torry (Louana) Tucker. Plus several nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents (Leroy & Edris), his brothers Eugene & Daniel Clark. As well as his brother-in-laws Paul & David Tucker.
To honor James there will be a Celebration of Life at the First Baptist Church of Bristol on May 23, 2026. More details are to come.
