James Oliver Collins
87 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on September 24, 2024. James was born on December 15, 1936, in Litwar, West Virginia to the late Lee and Beulah Collins. He was a 1955 graduate of Iaeger High School. He was a retired Tool and Die maker for GM for thirty plus years. He was a member of the U.A.W. James loved to hunt, fish and go boating. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Collins, children, Victoria, Greg and Jamey Collins, sister, Cricket Dotson and his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Sandy (Mike) Lalioff, grandchildren, Lauren Lalioff, Megan Lalioff, Greg Lalioff and Austin Collins, great grandson, Landon Collins and companion, Tina Rice. Visitation will be Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10 am to Noon at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Noon at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
