Martinia Burdine Obituary
Martinia Ann Burdine, age 77 of Camby, Indiana passed away on Tuesday morning, February 24, 2026.
She was born on November 22, 1948 in Indianapolis, a daughter of Kenneth and Helen (Plake) Griggs. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Martinia was one of five children: Donny, Sharon, Patti, Martinia and Dawn. Martinia is preceded in death by her siblings Donny, Sharon and Patti.
She is survived by her sister Dawn (husband Joe) Ardelean of Kansas City, Kansas.
She married David Lee Burdine on December 2, 1967 in Indianapolis. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years: David Lee Burdine of Camby.
Her three children: David Lee Burdine Jr. of Camby, Angela Burdine of Franklin and April Burdine of Franklin.
Four grandchildren: David Lee Burdine III, Madison Book, Kamden Burdine and Nathan Ringham.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan - Floral Park Funeral Center, located at 425 N. Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222.
Her funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. Chaplain Tom Bartley will officiate.
Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests please making a donation in memory of Martinia to the Alzheimer's Association.
