Mr. James Stephen Culver (Steve), 65, passed away Monday March 31, 2025 at his residence. He was born September 1, 1959, a son of James Donald Culver and Martha Rose Culver.
Steve is survived and missed by his son, James Shawn Culver (Shawn) and daughter, Shannon Mane Reinhardt Culver, forever missed by father, James Donald Culver mother, Martha Rose Culver, sister, Anita Rose Miller (Ben) and granddaughter, Kymber Lynn Culver. He also leaves behind many family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was a St. Xavier graduate, class of '78, with friendships he shared for the rest of his life. Steve was the proud owner of Culver & Associates following in his father's footsteps. In his free time, cars were his life-long passion, and he loved to rub and polish while blasting ACDC.
He will forever be remembered as the life of the party who lived for entertaining other and making them laugh. He was generous to a fault with a young-at-heart quality that will always be cherished.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday April 4th at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 870 St. Thomas Lane Bardstown, Ky. 40004 with Father Terry Bradshaw officiating, burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday April 3, 2025 at the William R. Rust Funeral Home New Haven Chapel and will continue Friday April 4, 2025 from 11:30 to 12:30 at funeral home until time of service at the church.
