James Cundiff Obituary

Born in New Bedford, son of Paula (Cook) Cundiff and James Cundiff, Jr., he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
He was employed as a property manager.
James was a loving son, grandson, fiance, brother, uncle and protector.
He enjoyed cars, fast toys, bike life and casinos.
Survivors include his parents; his fiancée, Raeannah Johnson of New Bedford; 2 sisters, Veronica Cundiff and Karissa Cundiff, both of New Bedford; his brother, James Souza of New Bedford; 2 brothers-in-law, Miguel Correa and Oliver Pereira, both of New Bedford; his grandmother, Brenda (Freeman) Harding of New Bedford; his nephews, Miguel Correa, Jr., Jiovanni X. Correa and nephew and Godson, Oliver James Pereira; his niece and Goddaughter, Olivia Pereira; his Godparents, John DeMello and Christine Monteiro; several aunts and uncles; and many close friends.
He was the grandson of the late Charles Harding and Paul and Dorothy (Ribeiro) Cook.
His Funeral will be held on Friday, May 12th at 9 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, followed by his Funeral Mass at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church at 10 AM. Burial will follow in the Notre Dame Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, May 11th from 4-8 PM.

So very sorry .... My deepest condolences. Jimmy will always be remembered for being a respectful young man to me. Rest easy Jimmy. Taken way too soon. I am so sorry Paula. My heart breaks for you all.
