JAMES EDWARD CUNNINGHAM
James Edward Cunningham, 82, passed away at his home, peacefully, March 7, 2023. He was born January 10, 1941 in New Geneva, Pennsylvania to parents, Edward and Edna (Mallory) Cunningham.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Cunningham in 2003; son, James Cunningham; sisters, Sandra Hafner and Patricia Phillips; and brother, Robert Cunningham. Jim’s memory will be treasured always by those who survive; daughter, Jacquelyn (Tom) Imhoff of Uniontown; grandson, Samuel Cunningham; daughter-in-law, Cassandra Cunningham; and many friends.
Jim was a very committed and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and they brought him true peace and contentment. He was a huge Browns and Indians fan, was a 32 Degree Mason and a member of the Tadmor Shrine Center. He was retired from Ford Motors, where he was a dedicated employee for many years.
Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown, where the service will follow immediately at 4:00 pm. Interment will take place Monday, March 13, 2023, 1:00 pm at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, where Jim will be buried next to his wife, Judith.
The family kindly request Memorial Contributions being made to Absolute Hospice or Paws for Life.
