James was born March 1, 1963 in Brunswick, Maine to Philip Cushard Jr. and the late Suzanne. He was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and worked Bingo and Fish Fries for the VFW. Jim enjoyed building model cars, planes, ships and authentically painting them. He was a big joker and played pranks on just about everyone. Jim had a kind heart and loved helping people.
Jim is survived by his father, Phil Cushard Jr. and step mother, Jeannine Cushard; son, Conner and his mother, Doreen; daughter, Jamie; his grandchildren; sister, Jessica (Roger); brother, Richard; Nister (niece/sister) Tiffany; Aunt Barbara and daughter Sara. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his VFW family, Salvation Army friends and his cat Little Girl. Jim is predeceased by his sister, Susan and nister, Sheena.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Kaatz Funeral Directors, Richmond.
