Born in Vincent, Alabama, Mr. Davis moved to Marietta in 1950 and lived in Cobb County for the rest of his life. He retired from Mulkey Enterprises as a Project Manager after 30 years of employment. When at home, Mr. Davis loved spending his time outdoors, especially on his tractor named "Nadine". He also enjoyed blacksmithing, gardening, steam engine trains, and spending quality time with his family.
Mr. Davis loved to study the Word of God and was a longtime member of Welcome Grove Baptist Church. He loved his wife, kids, and extended family, and was most proud of being a Papa. He also loved his church family and his neighbors. He was slow and steady and always got the job done. He was always positive and we rarely ever saw him get angry. He was a Godly servant.
