I had known Steve over the past 30 years. As his family physician, we would meet approximately every three months. When I retired a year ago, I just couldn“t go on without our visits. We continued to have lunch and discuss all things related to cattle. I will truly miss him.
My life was truly enriched with our friendship and I will miss him.
His family will continue to be in my prayers.

Steve was a fine friend. We met years ago when I was purchasing 30 head of Brangus for the ranch I manage in Navasota. I spent many enjoyable times with Steve riding around the Circle X. At lunch, Steve would always insist on picking up the check. We stayed in touch over the years. Steve was a good man. I will miss him.
