It is with a heavy heart we announce the tragic passing of James Dionne and Christopher Dionne of Newport, NH formerly of Bellingham, Massachusetts. Christopher was known for his enormous heart and big smile. He would warm up a room with his sparkling eyes and sense of humor and give the strongest hugs to the ones he loved. Christopher loved the Ocean where he found great peace. Jimmy had a warm soul, he loved animals, music, enjoyed boating and was a loyal son, brother and friend. His self-less generosity and compassion for others was immeasurable. They are both dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

James and Christopher are survived by their Mother, Helen Dwyer Prairie, Stepfather, Mark Prairie, Sister, Megan Dionne, Sister, Dawn Dionne Pirrotta and Brother-in-law, Ernesto Pirrotta their Niece, Gabriella Pirrotta and Nephew, Lino Pirrotta and their three Aunts, Pauline Dwyer, Catherine Dwyer Smith and Maureen Dwyer Jobran along with numerous cousins and other family members.

Their Celebration of Life will be held at the Bethany Community Church, 15 Cape Road, Mendon, Massachusetts on May 14, 2022 at 2:00 PM (a late brunch will be served at the church reception hall immediately following the service). We ask that you RSVP via text or call Dawn Pirrotta at 508-570-1524 by May 5, 2022, so we can obtain a food count.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to: St Jude Childrens.org – click on - ways to give, memorial and dedication, under remember a loved one, click search for an existing fund - give under the name of "James and Christopher Dionne".
