James Edwin Dollarhide, 85, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024, in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2024, at Highland Cemetery in Pawnee, Oklahoma.
James was born on September 16, 1938, to Glen and Fern (Waggoner) Dollarhide in Pawnee, Oklahoma. He grew up in Morrison, Oklahoma and graduated from Morrison High School in 1956. He married Peggy Mason on October 23, 1968, in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
James always had a smile on his face. He loved his family and dog Rusty. He enjoyed making people laugh.
He is preceded in death by his wife Peggy, his parents, brother and sister-in-law, Lee and Wanda Dollarhide, brother Rusty Dollarhide, children, LeRoy Knott, Mike Knott, Danny Knott, Tony Knott and Melinda Knott.
He is survived by his children, Eddie Dollarhide and wife Mandy, Lisa Moore and husband CJ. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Tyler and wife Hilda Price, Dillon and wife Megan Moore, Shelly and husband Jason Hoffman, Nicole and husband Chris Sanders, Karsen Dollarhide, Roxy and husband Trent Fowler, Summer and husband Danny Hicks, as well as great grandchildren, Braden, Jaylee, Zaxton Hoffman, June Moore, Julian and Aaliyah Fowler, Triston Delcoure, Caitlyn Beckwitt, Mia Stores, Colton, Declan, Claire Sanders.
