James Gardner Obituary
James was a skilled electrician and a proud member of the IBEW Local 369, An avid outdoorsman, he found great joy in hunting and fishing. He will be fondly remembered for his love of nature and his dedication to his craft.
James leaves behind his son, James "J.T." Gardner of Sellersburg, IN, and his cherished granddaughter, Ryleigh Gardner. He is also survived by his loving sisters: Charlotte Palmerton, Kathryn Marshall, Sharon Gardner, and Mary Gaynor, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brothers, John Gardner Jr. and Frank Gardner.
Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate James's life on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, IN. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
