James "Jim" Stuber Gordon was born on September 3, 1945, in Springfield, MO. In 1963, he graduated from West Plains H.S. and then attended Southwest Missouri State in Springfield, MO. On August 21, 1965, he married the love of his life, Barbara "Bunny" Gordon. They moved to Ada, Oklahoma in 1967, then to Tulsa for work. In 1973, they packed up their four small children and moved to Nashville, TN. In 1976, he started Gordon Construction, Inc. which continues today under the leadership of his son, Briscoe Gordon.
Jim was proud of his accomplishments in business, but nothing meant more to him than the family Bunny and he had built together. The family is rejoicing that he is in the presence of the Our Living Lord. We thank God that He shared him with us for so many years, how blessed were we! Thank you, Jesus.
The family will be having a private graveside service.
