She preceded in death by her mother, Betty Klein; love of her life and husband, Palmer Smith; children, Kenneth Charles Saylor, Myrna Alfich; great granddaughter, Cadance Thibodeaux; brother-in-law, Henry Chrusciel.
Survived by daughters, Wendy (Todd) Hudson, Linda (Jason) Pawlik, Christy (Shawn) Combs; Grandchildren, Kayla Altmiller, Nicolette Daugherty, Dalton Hudson, Brandon Saylor, Keira Pawlik, Ben Pawlik, Brantley Pawlik, Stuart Combs, Sarah Combs, Christina Alagna (Brooks), Nick Alfich (Jen), Melanie Alfich; great grandchildren, Preston Saylor, Ellie Jo Daugherty, Lane Daugherty, Cami Luke Daugherty, Aiden Beck, Gavin Thibodeaux, Addison Thibodeaux, Kennedy Altmiller; siblings, Orville Garret (Arlene), Debra Chrusciel; best friend, Pam (Buddy) Davis. Along with many other loving family and friends.
Linda worked for Houston Meat and Produce for 10+ years. She loved anything leopard, Chicago, hot chicken, Chicago's hot dogs, collected dolls, loved Christmas and the snow, which she got to see in her last days. Her whole life she loved to serve others, rather it was her family, friends, or customers, she did it with love. Her biggest love was for her grand and great grandchildren.
The family ask in memory of Ms. Linda that you wear leopard print to visitation and service.
Visitation will be Sunday February 8, 2026 at Sellars Mt. Juliet Funeral Home, from 11:00am-1:00pm, with service at 1:00pm with Brother Danny Sellars officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Nick Alfich, Brandon Saylor, Shawn Combs, Jason Pawlik, Dalton Hudson, and Jeff Chrusciel.
Honorary pallbearers will be Preston Saylor, and the Houston girls.
