With heavy hearts we announce the passing of James Edwin Hale (Jimmy) on August 29, 2024. He was 56 years old. He was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on March 1, 1968 to Larry and Lynita Hale.
Jimmy was an outgoing person. He loved to hunt and fish. He was introduced to fishing at 3 months old and continued until the day he passed away. He enjoyed living in South Texas and being so close to the water. Salt water was in his blood. He loved to spend time with his nieces and nephews, He would take them fishing, to sporting events and concerts. You could not deny the love he had for his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Larry Hale. His grandparents Muriel and James Hale and Betty and William Ivy.
He is survived by his mother, Lynita Hale of Ingleside. His sisters, Michelle (Jerry) Keever of Ingleside, Steffanie (Jesse) Jimenez of Aransas Pass, Kathy (Erik) Miller of Ingleside. Nieces and nephews, Jared Longoria, Joshua (Julissa) Keever, Jordan (Justin) Stiles, Dana (Danny) Lynch, Kendra (Andrew) Kyrisch, Joshua (Ariana) Jimenez, Jacob Jimenez, Vance (Kaitlin) Miller, Reese Miller, Krysta (Justin) Hampson. Great nieces and nephews, Rylee, Kaiser, James, Micah, Jayden, Morgan, Mavely, Emory, Lainey, and Brodie. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins
Join the family to share fishing stories on Tuesday September 3rd from 5 to 8pm. Services will be held Wednesday September 4th at 10am. Both will be at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Prairie View Cemetery.
