James Hensdell Obituary

He is survived by two sons; Charles Hensdell and wife, Courtney of Hillsville, VA and Robby Hensdell of Galax, VA., a daughter; Paula Youngblood of Ivanhoe, VA., a sister: Mary Lawless of Tennessee. Five grandchildren; Chloe Leonard, Wessley Leonard, Logan Youngblood, Caden Hensdell, and Cullen Hensdell. Several Nieces and nephews also survive.
A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, November 9, 2025 beginning at 2:30 PM at High Country Services in Galax. VA with Rev. Sam Holder officiating. Inurnment will follow in the McKenzie Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until service time at the funeral home.
