James loved his job of being a Semi truck driver. He drove a truck for over 40yrs. His Cowart Mulch work family was very special to him, just as if they were his own family. Every morning before heading to work, he would stop at the Waffle House for breakfast. Those that knew him knew that he had never met a stranger and he would speak to anyone.

James loved his family and life more than anything in this world and would have done anything for anyone. He has always said that if anything ever happened to him, “Y’all better not be telling lies about him.”

Over and out Papa Smurf.
