James Howell Obituary

James C. Howell
Jim Howell died at the age of 94 at home in Jupiter, Florida on November 17, 2024. He was a Snowbird and split his time between Fairfield and West Palm Beach. Jim leaves behind Jean Howell a devoted wife of 44 years, his loving children Greg and Lynn and four stepchildren, Steve, Kim, Scott and Stacee who all loved him dearly. Jim was a great husband and father, generous beyond imagination. He was an avid tennis player and a longtime member of the Fairfield Beach Club. Jim served in the Korean War and then worked his way up from the mailroom to become an executive officer at Union Carbide.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St Anthony Church at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Reception at Artisan restaurant in Southport following.
