James Charles Hutto, 67, of Springtown, a father, grandfather, brother and friend to many went to be with the Lord on April 3, 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas.

James was born to James Rosser Hutto and Carrie Bell Grant on February 12, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas. James was a family man who always took care of his family always, if someone was in need he was there for them. Throughout his life he was a welder in many ways and one of which was with his family building custom aircraft interior’s for years. When he wasn’t working he had many hobbies whether he was watching his westerns, barbequing and drinking with family and friends, riding his Harley Davidson or his favorite squirrel hunting. James was a loving, caring person who made everyone laugh, he will be greatly missed and his memories will be cherished.

He was preceded in death by his parents and numerous siblings.

Those left behind to cherish his memory were his children Justin Hutto and wife Jill Sterner of Azle, James Hutto and wife Christy of Abilene, Ray Hutto of Brownwood and Christian Hutto of Lake Worth; His grandchildren Sky, Carrie, Rainey, Hannah, Hunter, Raelynn, Everleigh, Wyatt and Avery; His siblings Mona Burchfield, Patsy McCann, Nellie Barnes, Jerry Hutto and Ricky Hutto; His special ex-wife Teresa “Buffalo But” Hecke. Along with numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
