James Ingram Obituary

James is survived by his daughter, Betsy Ingram (Dowell Rouse); his son, David Ingram (Lindsey); grandchildren, James Austin Jenkins (Kenzie), Elijah Ingram and Micah Ingram; great-grandchild, Emelynn Jenkins; his companion, Margaret Compton; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Kirby Ingram; his brother, Cedric Ingram; and his sister, Carolyn Westbrook.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Sunday, November 9, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home. A service to honor James' life will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Bill Rose officiating.
The family is in the care of Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
