James “Jim” L. Saurbeir, age 74, of Brillion, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, March 30, 2026 at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton.
Jim was born on April 19, 1951 in Green Bay, son of the late Hilbert & Cecilia (Curtis) Saurbeir. He was a graduate of Brillion High School, class of 1969. Jim was employed at the Brillion Iron Works in the Furnace Room until it’s closure. Then he went on to work at O’Reilly Auto Parts. He enjoyed going to Starsview Restaurant and hanging out with friends.
Jim is survived by one son: Matthew; one brother: Jerome; and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by one son: Bob; one brother and sister-in-law: Gerald & Barb; step siblings; and other relatives.
No formal funeral service for Jim will be held.
