Jim passed away August 11, 2025 peacefully of natural causes with his wife beside him.

James (Jim) Weaver was born in Wilmar, California June 15,1932. His parents later moved to Monrovia, California where Jim graduated from Monrovia high school. He worked in manufacturing housing as an electrician until drafted into the Army.

He served in the Korean War and was wounded on Pork Chop Hill and sent to Japan where he finished serving until he was discharged. Jim went back to work in the manufacturing housing and eventually became General Manager. Jim continued in the business for over 40 years.

Jim met his wife Patricia in Feb. 1956. They were married in June 1956. Jim loved to water ski, fish, and in later years played a lot of golf.

Jim is survived by his wife Pat of 69 years, his two son Rob and Warren Weaver ((wife Toni), and two daughters Linda Rose (husband Russ) and Carole Rowe ( husband Mike) Granddaughters Courtney, Mikaela Emma, Elizabeth, Melisa, Wendy ,Kimberly and grandson Christian. 6 great grandson and 2 great granddaughters. numerous nieces and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Don and Emma Weaver and his 4 brothers, Paul, Robert, Jack and Al.

There will be a military service at the VFW in Oak Harbor, WA September 13, 2025 at 1:00pm A potluck will be held after the service at the VFW.
