Johnson- of Reading April 1, 2003 James Albert, Sr., husband of Bernice M. (Weldon) Johnson; father of Diane L. Pappas and her husband Andy of Dracut, Cynthia L. Hutt of Melrose, Stephen M. Johnson and his wife Sharon of Epping, NH and James. A. Johnson, Jr. of Chicago, IL. Loving grandfather of Stacy M. Johnson of Bath, ME and Sarah E. Johnson of Chicago. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday April 5 at 2 PM at the Old South United Methodist Church 6 Salem St. Reading. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Visiting Hours Friday 4 - 8 PM at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn St.) Reading. Burial is private. We have shared so many memories over the years it is hard to point out any one occasion.Nicey and Jim,although cousins and former neighbors,have always been close.We will miss you Jim!
